I got this from a chest today while vanquishing any idea how this is possible?

Prophecies and Factions wands and staves can have mixed attributes happens alot.
Edit: forgot offhands or at least i think so its 230 in the morning soooooo correct me if im wrong

yea it really isnt a big deal. you get them all the time. i'd say(without knowing the economy on these) would be to just merch things like that.

I have a q9 Strength Armor 16 tower shield with 19% chance to +1 blood magic. Kept it for maximum lulz.

This would be why the inscription system was developed. Well, part of the reason.

Yeah, in fact it used to be quite rare to ever get a caster item drop that had all matching attributes.

This was the norm for a long long time, not the exception (and definately not a bug). Just the joys of random stats.
